Final group Synopsis: Idea and back ground behind it.

FINAL GROUP SYNOPSIS

BASED ON A TRUE STORY
Angel Green hung herself from a tree next to her school bus stop so that her bullies could see her in the morning.
Early one morning in 2013, this fourteen-year-old from Indiana purposely hanged herself from a tree in front of her school bus stop so that her tormentors would see her lifeless swinging corpse. She had allegedly been repeatedly mocked as a “slut” and a “whore,” as well as enduring relentless teasing over the fact that her father had been jailed for hitting her. Her mother found a suicide note containing the following passages:
“Why did I deserve this pain?…Have you ever thought about what you said to me? huh… maybe not! because you killed me every day…. You told me so much that I started believing it. And I was stupid for doing that. Every morning, day, night I look in the mirror and cry, and replay the harmful words in my head
P.S. it’s bullying that killed me. Please get justice”

Group Pitch

Our pitch was done so we could show our classmates, our idea and get feedback from them which would help in the idea of our film. The class helped with our idea a lot and gave us feedback of what would be better for the film. We got feedback that our idea would show more emotional response if the victim is a girl that's being bullied by boys. This was a good idea that we took on board and therefore we changed the victim to be a girl.

Planning sheet

With this sheet we split everything into three, Beginning, middle and end. This was very crucial as it helped us identify where are shots would go and in what order we would edit them for our final production phase.
